Special categories of personal data – The GDPR refers to sensitive personal data as ‘special categories of personal data’ (as explained in Article 9 of GDPR). The special categories specifically include genetic data, and biometric data where processed to uniquely identify an individual. Other examples include racial and ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health data, and trade union membership, and political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
Processing – means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

We do not collect Special Categories of personal data. Your Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Log Data – We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). Children’s Privacy – Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). Breach Notification – Under the GDPR, breach notification will become mandatory in all member states where a data breach is likely to “result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals”. We acknowledged that this must be done within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach. Data processors will also be required to notify their customers, the controllers, “without undue delay” after first becoming aware of a data breach.

IP Tracking – We do not capture or store Personal Data. As such, the data temporarily stored by Mohso LLC platforms is expected to be anonymous in nature. This may alter your rights above or our ability to obtain a copy, correct, or erase your data as there is no way to trace it to you.
